All of our eyewear is covered for a minimum of two years under a limited lifetime warranty.
If you are the original purchaser of Optic Nerve or ONE sunglasses and have a valid receipt form our online store or an authorized retailer and there is a manufacturer's defect in the material or workmanship, we'll make it right.
It's important to note that this policy Does Not apply to normal wear and tear, scratched lenses, dropped sunglasses, etc. While Optic Nerve has sole discretion to determine manufacturer's defects, we promise to always have our customer's best interest at heart.
This warranty applies only to residents of the UK and EU Member states. For Non EU states, the law in force in each country will apply.
Warranty Claim Procedure:
- Send us an email using one of the links below, detailing the fault and we will get right back to you.
- Carefully pack the sunglasses and return them to us at the returns address postage paid with a copy of your receipt. Please use a service with a tracking number. Please note: Optic Nerve Europe will not be responsible for damage or loss in transit.
- If we find the breakage is due to a defect in the material or workmanship, We will repair or replace them
- If you are making a claim on a sunglass or goggle model that is no longer available, Optic Nerve reserves the right to send you a pair with a similar size and fit.
