Can I buy Optic Nerve eyewear online? 

Optic Nerve Eyewear is currently available for purchase right here on our website and we ship from our European/UK Distribution Centre, throughout mainland Europe, the UK and Ireland.

For deliveries outside this region please use the contact form and we will tailor the delivery price for your destination.

What are the Delivery Terms?

All Optic Nerve products purchased through our website will be shipped from our European/UK Distribution Centre. Optic Nerve Europe will process and ship orders within 1-2 business days and you will be provided by email with shipping details and a tracking number.

Pre-Order Sunglasses are available for purchase and we will endeavour to deliver these to you within 14 days.  It just means they are not in stock at the Optic Nerve Europe distribution centre or they are in transit and therefore have a slightly longer delivery window.

Sunglasses marked as 'Sold Out' are still available to purchase, please contact us for information and expected delivery times. Thank you!

Shipments to P.O. mailboxes are not possible, orders to these addresses will be automatically cancelled.

What are the Returns Terms?

You will have to pay the shipment cost returning the product to our European/UK Distribution Centre and please send by trackable postage paid.


What is the Optic Nerve policy warranty? 

We are proud to have a lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects. For the full policy and submission instructions, click here

Substitution of discontinued sunglasses:

If you make a warranty claim on a sunglass model that is no longer available, Optic Nerve reserves the right to send you a replacement piece of similar style and fit. Please see our warranty section or contact us directly for more information.

Can I buy replacement lenses for my Optic Nerve sunglasses? 

Yes, we sell extra lenses for the interchangeable style products only. Please contact our customer service department at info@opticnerve-europe.com, and we will be happy to assist you. Replacement lenses are not available for other Optic Nerve styles with fixed lenses.


Do you sell other lens tints for my Optic Nerve interchangeable lens sunglasses?

The only lens tints available are the tints that come with the glasses originally. For example, if you purchase a pair of premium interchangeable sunglasses, we offer replacements for all 3 different tints: smoke, copper, and clear. IC Duece styles are offered in smoke and copper only.

What is the advantage of a polarized lens over a non-polarized lens? 

A polarized lens performs in a similar way to a standard non-polarized lens unless you get into intense reflective glare situations (like being on or near the water, or a flat hard surface on a bright sunny day). The polarized lens filter eliminates 99.9% of this reflective glare, helping to enhance overall visibility. If you have more questions regarding polarization and how this feature can improve the overall performance of your sunglasses, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

Do Optic Nerve sunglasses offer 100% UV protection? 

Yes, they do. All Optic Nerve and ONE by Optic Nerve lenses filter out 100% of dangerous UV rays, so you can rest assured that your sunglasses are protecting your eyes from long-term sun damage. 

Are Optic Nerve sunglasses safety glasses?  

No. Optic Nerve Eyewear does not meet the ANSI Z87.1 industrial safety standards and should not be considered a permanent shield against injury. All lenses do pass the ANSI Z80.3 and EN ISO 12312-1:2013 (CE) Standards for general purpose usage. This means that they will provide excellent protection for general active lifestyle conditions: biking, skiing, running, golfing, rafting, sailing, climbing, hiking, etc.
